Warum O2

Incorrect billing !!

I got a contract from o2 on December and while booking the contract i was been never informed of the one time activation fee also i was been given with 3 sim cards which i never opted, for which i have got 3x on time activation fair. Please help me to wave off this. My customer number xxxx
