I would like to transfer my O2 prepaid number to a different provider. and I couldn't initiate this process from the O2 app. Could you explain how to do this step by step?

I tried to use the chatbot and called english speaking customer service. But unfortunately, I couldn’t reach anyone. And I tried this several times. Could you help me how I can transfer my phone number?
