I would like to suspend my O2 contract for 6 months

I would like to suspend my O2 contract for 6 months as I’m not in Germany anymore and I’ve been posted to work in my home country for 6 months. PLs let me know how to apply to this suspension via remote as I would like to avoid sending international shipping.

Thanks @Joe Doe I already have the form/link. I wanted to know how to apply/send the forn with necessary proofs fully remote/digital as  I would like to avoid sending international shipping.

@Eswaran use the o2 App for upload the documents.

Both in App and the website doesn’t have option to suspend the SIM contract. [verified under Menu → Tarif & Sim → Sim & Vertrag → kündigung vormerken]

@Eswaran No option „Vertragsstilllegung“? Hmm. Sorry I can’t help more, a.) only customer like you b.) I only have o2 mobile prepaid and o2 DSL. :confused:

You can send the document and all the proofs by fax to +491805-571766

There are programs to send faxes online free of charge. You don’t have to leave your house going to a copy shop.
