Dear O2 Team,

 

I recently got a call from O2 team that my number has been selected for offer and o2 team is offering wifi device for 16 euros. I was okay with that at that time. The team also mentioned that I can cancel my contract within 14 days of receiving it. As I am travelling to my country back, I would like to cancel this contract. I didn’t find email address to write about it. Hence posting here.

If you want to withdraw from the contract then you can do this within 14 days in the way described by MXP_Alex. Do take note that this just means that you withdraw from the change to your contract, if you are leaving Germany and want to terminate the contract, you’ll have to do this separately
