hallo.Ich habe am 10. Dezember ein iPhone 16 Pro Max bestellt. 24 Monate und ich habe die Anzahlung bezahlt. Als ich das Handi erhielt, war es geöffnet und jemand hatte es bereits gekauft und zurückgegeben, und Sie haben es mir geschickt. Ich habe es auch zurückgeschickt. Als ich das Handy zurückgegeben habe, habe ich um ein Handy gebeten, aber es wurde mir kein anderes Handy zugesandt oder mein Geld wurde noch nicht zurückerstattet. Was soll ich tun? veilen dank.
