Hello,

I have a prepaid SIM card and a few days ago when it tried to take 10 euros from my account I accidentally disputed it bit now it shows that my credit is negative even though I had some credit will I have to pay 10 euros and something on top of that in order to get it unblocked?

and I can’t even call your call center because it says I have to have credit first!

anyway I have decided that I want to change my provider to win sim,

so can you please unblock my number so I can take it with me? Thank you
