i want to refund my o2 sim , i don't use this sim how i can refund it as i buy it from Kaufland through cash

i want to know how i can refund my unused sim , i dont have any email so that i can contact with o2 office.

If you have purchased the SIM card in a store, there is usually no right of withdrawal. In this case we cannot provide a refund.

Of course, as schluej writes, you can ask the store whether there is a goodwill solution.

the only way is to go to Kaufland and ask for withdrawal.

With cash receipt it could be possible.

But if you buy in a shop, you have no right of withdrawal.
