I want to order a new phone with O2 but when i order i got an reply that i have to send letter to O2 about the rejection.I send letter many many times but didn’t replied yet.I call customer service for help but they said when you write letter they know it. Its been nearly 1 year i can not order and while ordering same email came all the time.

The only way to get information about a rejection is to send a Letter to the Adresse, which is named in the Mail.

We do not have any informationen about that here. Would you please try to reach them via Letter again?
