I want to change my contract to Handy mit daten. I have only daten contract.Can I do it?

no, that doesn't work. You would have to conclude a new contract and terminate the data contract in due time.

I assume you want to switch from your data contract to a full on mobile one and not just prolong your data contract and get a smartphone along with it, right?

In that case Bumer has the correct answer for you @Yojhi . A switch from a data contract to a mobile one isn’t directly possible, so you’d have to make a new contract of the kind that you want and terminate your data one.
