I want to cancel to postpaid contract and convert postpaid number to prepaid 
I already got a prepaid number and when I submitted request by logging in to through prepaid number but it’s already been 4 days but no request is raised

how did you create the request? Have you submitted this form?

The cancellation of your postpaid contract has been delayed a little because a number porting from another provider is still pending until tomorrow, September 9th.

Only then the phone number can be transferred from the contract to your prepaid card and the contract then be canceled.

After transferring of number on 9th September(tomorrow), Do I need to raise porting request again for postpaid to prepaid?
Do I also need to fill the form mentioned by @Bumer 

also, i will be charged for this postpaid number this month?

 


yes, fill out the form and send it tomorrow to the email address specified in the form.


I got an email that my contract will be cancelled tomorrow and any incurred charges will be credited. I want to know about what are the charges. If it's for whole month then can I cancel contract after Billing period.

you had an already confirmed transfer of your phone number running by the time we received your wish for a withdrawal from the contract. That’s why on the 31th of August you got a mail to inform you that the contract would be revoked once the porting had been completed. This was the case on the 9th of September and after that the contract itself was ended yesterday. Did you have another change of heart and the contract wasn’t supposed to be revoked?

No that's okay it's revoked.

I just want that my old number xxxxxx transfer to the prepaid number xxxxxx

For which I filled the form and sent to this email (o2-rufnummernmitnahme@telefonica.com) please confirm when it will be changed.

 

Is it okay to share my number here? As it's a public forum?

just to be on the safe side with your personal data I masked your phone numbers completely 🙂

Did you get any confirmation via E-mail or SMS, in that case to your current prepaid number confirming the porting of your old number and/or giving a date for the tranfer?
