Hello, my name is Valeria. I got a free SIM card, a woman in the store told me that one month will be for free then I will be changed 25 euros. It was in October 19th. Today in November 1th I have been charged 40 euros, for what???? It is not even a month since I have signed a contract. What is going on?

39,99€ "Anschlusspreis"? It's for Sim activate.

 

 


But I was told that I will be charged this amount in November 19, after a month. Why I was charged today??? And it was not 39.99, it was 40.80

That's not an invoice, please check it. 

 

I think it's 39,99€ Anschlusspreis and 0,83 Tariff for 1 day (24,99€/30 days) = 40,82€ ... The next invoice is 24,99€ for 30 days. You must pay it in the end of November.   


That is strange, why a person in o2 told me that I will be charged after 19th of November? 


And when I signed a contract she didn’t tell me anything about 39.99, only about 24.99 in a month!!!

 


How can I cancel my contract? Because I see that your company are not able to protect me from the payments I don’t know 


39,99€ is one time payment. Now you pay only 24,99€ per month. 

 

You can cancle the contract to the end of 24month period but not for now.

@Charged by mistake  did you have a FLEX ​​contract? Than you can cancle it every MONTH - Not everyday.. it's not a FLEX, it's for 24 month... You can cancle it only before, when you moving abroad and bring the "Abmeldebestätigung" from Germany.

Which Tarif did you have? I don't know your tariff...

There is an option called “o2 my Data unlimited” which is usually charged with 39,99 EUR/month to make your tariff more comfortable. The first month is free of charge just to try out if it works and pleases you.

You can cancel it directly after ordering the tariff if you don’t need it and you are satisfied with the data volume included in your plan.

In your case the discount did not work and we already informed our colleagues to credit the outstanding amount of 39,99 EUR once. The option itself is cancelled. You don’t have to arrange anything.

Your customer account is your billing account with o2.
