I want a refund of my cancellation

Hi I accidentally opted the o2 my prepaid L pack and cancelled it immediately. But i didn't receive refund to change my plan to o2 my prepaid M. How do i get the money back?

Exactly as you described, I could understand everything.
Accordingly, I have just reversed/credited the fee for Pack L to you.

Can someone help on this. I recharged again to 15 euro to change my plan.
