I want a new eplus prepaid SIM, while keeping my old phone number

Hello, I’m an old eplus prepaid customer and my sim can’t fit modern phones. I would like to get a new SIM while keeping my old phone number.

How can I do that?

After this order the simcard over the App.

Hi Joe, thank you for the answer, I got a couple of questions:

  • will this process give me the same eplus benefits or will I be an O2 customer from then.
  • I tried registering on the website, but I get some error saying that the phone number is not recognized. Will the registration with the app work?

@Joe Doe I’m not sure, it was bought a long time ago. I think it was bought from netto or something like that.

Thanks @Joe Doe for the detailed questions. But it seems we have to check the mobile phone number if this is an old eplus tariff transfered to o2 Prepaid or a product of moblicomdebitel.

Please send your phone number to o2_Support as a private message. Quote your name and your adress and we will check this matter for you.
