Sorry for the late reply it is actually for the delivery fee and I accidentally push transfer not knowing it is a booked transfer. Is there a way that it could be deducted on my upcoming monthly invoice? Thanks for the reaponse.

the delivery fee should get taken from the given bank account. This fee ( usually 4,99 €) will be processed independently from the other costs of the contract. If you transferred the funds for that, the amount should still have been deducted for your bank account (since those fees do not fall under the same customer ID and account, which you can transfer money to).

Was that maybe the case? Have we taken the amount from your account even though you have transferred the funds before that?

Yes you got it right and yes it was still deducted on my account. Is there a way for me to compensate, it costed me 9.98 Euros.
