I think at the start of December would be realistic.

At the start of December!!!!?? That's just crazy! People from the shop where I ordered, told me that it might take at max 4 weeks. 

...and now you are in the third week, so you have one left...

Doesn't that mean the status should be changed into something else? Also if it comes in December then it's not 4 weeks, is it?

But it depends, how can apple deliver and how many phone are order by O2….
