I ordered a phone with contract and I have not received a shipping number. Is it possible that I go to an O2 shop pick up my order?

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro 256GB in Purple on Saturday 1st October. It said that it was available immediately. But I have not received any kind of shipping information yet. How long will it take to deliver my phone? Or is there a way that I can go to an O2 shop and grab my phone and sim card myself?.
