Good afternoon!! I am new with the service, I have just bought a prepaid card. In my webpage (Mein O2) I have not realized that I had selected the “please automatically put 30 euros in my account if my credit is less than 4 euros” option, so I have just seen that now I have 30 euros in my credit (that are going to be deducted from my bank account). I really didn’t want this, what I wanted is to pay monthly and that O2 charged me directly to my bank account. 

If I understand correctly, if O2 finds enough credit, they will charge it from the credit that I add to my O2 account...so…. if I want to use those 30 euros, should I add more money (my tariff is around 70 euros) ??

And then, once this 70 euros are gone - and once selecting the right option, direct charge to my bank account- is this going to be ok??

I see that you could change the recharge options so that your tariff is always extended via direct debiting and you can decide to top up via SMS.

What I would like to know is if O2 will take the 30 euros from my credit on my account and then, the rest (40 euros) from my bank account (my tariff is 70 euros) ...or what should I do with those 30 euros??

That's right, if there is credit on your prepaid account, then this will be used first.
