Hi..just want to ask..how will i be able to ask my contract number to my wifi homespot. I haven't receive any copy of my  contract when i bought my wifi.I cannot register as well in my o2 app because it requires vertrag nummer which i dont have..can someone help me..thanks

To register in the My o2 area, you will need the landline number or mobile phone number from your contract. You will receive this when you have received and activated the SIM card.

Has this already happened or have you just ordered and are still waiting for your order?

It already happened. Its already been almost 5 mos since I bought the wifi homespot. I also  tried to register in my o2 app (my handy)using the mobile number that i used during the purchase but always incorrect or error.

Register your landline number or mobile phone number from the Homespot contract there. For registration, do not use the Homespot network but a different internet connection.

could you already register your Homespot contract at your registration page as Bumer suggested and can now see your contract and its bills?
