I need a bill for a kids smart watch I bought from O2 Shop. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working and I have to send it for repair. The problem is the repair company needs the purchase bill which I dont have. So please can any one generate the Xplora X6 Play watch purchase bill for me?

Hello @cricksam30,

can you see the installment plan when loggin into your Mein o2 customer account?

In that case you can find the bill for your Xplora X6 Play watch online via “Rechnungen” and "Postpaid-Rechnungen".

Otherwise onbly the shop where you bought the watch can provide aduplicate.

You will only receive the invoice in the o2 shop where the purchase was made.
