I'm being charged 5 EURO with no invoice

Why am I being charged an additional five EURO every month a week after my invoice is paid - with no receipt given to me to explain this charge. This has happened for several months.

You have two bills per month, once your mobile phone contracts and once the monthly rate for o2 Homespot.
