Hallo,

I wanted to order a 10€ credit for my cell phone, but I accidentally ordered 3x10€ and 1x15€ .

How could I get refund for another extra 35€ ?

A refund from a current SIM card is not possible. The credit is on your SIM card and can be used there. A payout is only possible if you cancel the SIM card completely and then request a payout using the form.
