I have the 9.99 euro tariff but cant make international calls

i have the 9.99 tariff which gives me 3.5 gb and allnet flat minutes and SMS. However it says nothing about international calls. do i have the option to make international calls then?

Yes, of course, but international calls will be billed.

welcome to our English community. 

 

I just had a look to your tariff. You have the tariff “o2 my Prepaid S”. Please check the details of your tariff here: o2 my Prepaid S As you can see, your tariff includes EU Roaming. But it does not include a connection from Germany into an EU-country. 

 

@Denner already suggested to look into the pricelist which is a good idea.
