I have received the invoice this month about 46 euro, but that included last month as well. However, I have paid my last month invoice (16,35), but you have added in current month, please correct it.

When and how did you pay the penultimate bill? Was this within the scheduled time frame? By direct debit or bank transfer? If you made a transfer, did you also write your customer number in the reason for payment? 
Sorry for all the questions, we just want to help you in a goal-oriented way.

your payment and the reminder probably overlapped. It always takes some time for payments to be processed, which can cause reminders to still be send out even though you’ve already handled it on your end.
