I have multiple problems with the new contract

Hi everyone, 

I am a new customer and I just received the order with a new SIM card

  1. I have a problem with the login, I’ve changed my password but I can’t login through the app (-1), and also from the web when I press on bills or anything else it takes me to the help center
  2. I’ve ordered a number transformation, Once I activated the new SIM card I found another number!!!

Have you already activated the new SIM Card and registered with your number for “mein o2” ?

If you’ve ordered porting of another number to your new contract, this can take up to eight days, during this time your contract is provided with a temporary number.
