Since last month i am getting charged unnecessarily for O2 Muzik Paket, I have never signed up or did any confirmation but still I am getting charged in the of Value Added Service.

 

I got charge 13 Euros last month and 9 Euros this month for no good reason, I demand refund or a proof of confirmation because I have never confirmed any such service.

 

I clearly have a message from O2 saying they have CANCELLED by subscription but still i got charged 9 Euros this month. I need all my money back both 13 euros of last month and 9 euros of this month. This is totally wrong deduction.

How can I register with customer data? Why things are always so complicated when it comes to solving customer problems? The questions should be Why i got something that I have never subscribed for? :((((((


I followed the instructions on the link and it show BLOCKED for all the Third-party services and still i am being charged for Muzik Paket for no reason.


Also i checked in the TV & Extras section, It is saying You currently have no active tariff options.

I am not understanding, why i am being charged for something that shouldn’t be there
