Since last month i am getting charged unnecessarily for O2 Muzik Paket, I have never signed up or did any confirmation but still I am getting charged in the of Value Added Service.
I got charge 13 Euros last month and 9 Euros this month for no good reason, I demand refund or a proof of confirmation because I have never confirmed any such service.
I clearly have a message from O2 saying they have CANCELLED by subscription but still i got charged 9 Euros this month. I need all my money back both 13 euros of last month and 9 euros of this month. This is totally wrong deduction.
