Hello,

Last week I ordered Ps5 with contract. On saturday dhl couldnt deliver my ps5 because I have no ring for my home but today I got the sim card. Sim card was supposed to be for ps5 contract but now I have sim card that I dont even need. I want to reorder ps5 but I will have 2 different contracts. How can I cancel the sim card contract for returned ps5 and reorder it ? 
Note, ps5 is now on its way for returning process. It will completely be returned tomorrow I guess.

If you have ordered the package online or by telephone, you have a 14 days right of revocation. Please take a look at the documents that you received with your contract. There is also a revocation policy (Widerrufsbelehrung). You can just mail it to widerruf@cc.o2online.de in order to revoke. You can also revoke by calling our English hotline.
