I started an O2 homespot contract last month, and made the one-time payment of 61 euros. On my installment plan I can see a monthly payment of 3.50 euros monthly. I noticed a debit of 3.50 euros + 46.67 euros on 12.04.2021. I have no idea what this is for ? All effort to reach customer service have not been successful. Please I need help. Thanks

Do you have access to your monthly invoice? If so, could you post a screenshot here?
