Hi, since days I don’t have internet connection in Paris (I got my prepaid SIM card in Berlin), my prepaip Tarif is loop, I still have available 13 gb and I can not use them.

do you have network? Data roaming in the smartphone is active? Is the APN set to "pinternet.interkom.de“?

I have network connection, the APN says internet and the password and user name are empty, the only fields with values areMMSC, proxy MMSC and max of MMS. I have the roaming data option activated

Then please rewrite the APN to "pinternet.interkom.de".

Hi, out of the blue somehow my connection starts working again, I remove my sim card and after a couple of hours, the roaming starts working again with an automatic provider search. Thanks for the support.
