I received the 02 MyHandy devices (without any O2 Tariff plan) last week at my address but I never received the contract number in the invoice. Due to this I am unable to register my devices or create an account with O2 website/application. Please help

Your o2 my Handy invoice will be sent to you once by mail (postal service) after the hardware has been shipped. 
Have you already received it? There you can see your contract number, which you can use to register at Mein o2.
