Can you see anything of your order status via our order status site?

Sometimes the order status in Mein o2 can be stuck, so it is helpful, if you check also the order status via our homepage.

What exactly is shown there?

My orders over my o2 never worked 

i wish i could follow my order there

i dont understand why cant see that over there.

it is always unavailable because say it has technical problems. When o2 will solve this

Hello @nsandi7 ,

as Manuela already said, you can track the status of your order online through the link that she provided. Once your iPhone is getting prepared to be shipped the status will read “In Bearbeitung” and once the package has been handed to DHL for shipping it will read “In Auslieferung”.
