Hello,

I have question regarding my prepaid plan. I cancelled my plan last night but this morning my credit was cut and i received a message saying that my plan is renewed. When i go to my o2 app, it says that i dont have a plan. But my credit has been cuts. 

 

Please take a look at this issue. Thankyou

no, i received message that my current plan has been renewed, and the credit cost is the same price i paid for my plan


then you didn't quit. 🤷‍♂️


i did cancelled it last night, but my credit still got cut and i got message in the morning that my plan is renewed. the problem is that now i do not have current plan running in my o2 app despite the credit cut.
