I can‘t open my Mein O2 App.


I can‘t open my O2 app, for almost 2 weeks already. It‘s always like this every time I tried to Open it. I can‘t update my prepaid internet Package.

Do you use the iOS or Android version of the mein o2 app?

If you want, we can also book the package for you. To do this, we would only have to switch to private messages beforehand in order to be able to exchange all the necessary data there.

I used IOS. Okay then, because i don’t want my remaining load to be used as regular internet data usage because it is so expensive.

The question again, do you log in with your phone number? What happens when you log into Undeportal on a browser?

unfortunately, there are currently general restrictions with the My o2 APP.🌸
The technical team is already working on fixing this. 
If it does not work with the My o2 APP, you can log in to our portal and make your changes there.

Then you register as an interested party and not with the associated contract. 🤷‍♂️

Hello @Netzkiegems1988, as bumer already mentioned, it seems that you are trying to log in with an interest account.

Could you please try to register again with your phone number?
