I am having issues accessing my account through the app, as well as logging in online. I can't receive any SMS messages that are required to verify my accounts, and also to reset my password in order to login with the app. Has anyone had this problem or know what to do?

The contract that you are trying to access the mein o2 for has already been registered? Else please do this first.
If you’ve already registered and only the 2 factor authentification via SMS is the issue, you should also be able to have the necessary code be send to you per e-mail.
