Hello I made an delivery order more than a week ago.I even received the email for activation. But I haven’t received anything from the mailbox. How should I check the delivery status?

I assume you have ordered a SIM-Card from us since you were notified about the activation. Was this part of a bundle with a smartphone or just the card itself?
