I can't access my O2 page

So, apparently if i don’t have internet from O2 i can’t access my O2 page. This is plain stupid. I have to make hotspot from my mobile at home so i can login on my computer because i have internet from 1&1? Just for this i’m seriously consider not to extend my contract.

Hello @Andrei Mihai,

normally, you should be able to access “Mein o2” from any network. Do you get a special error message? Maybe you can provide us with a screenshot.
