I wanted to change my tarif and buy a smartphone. But you guys send me a new sim card. Am I gonna pay two bills for that, if that so I wanna return the items, didn't open the boxes

It sounds like you've ordered a new contract instead of changing the tariff. If the new contract is not wanted, please revoke it.

You can send an EMail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de . Please make sure, that the withdraw ist possible within 14 days.
