I am planning the get the tariff, which i listed under the ‘’ under 29 years old’’ category, and i wanna choose the option without a Vertrag. But I have questions;

1-Am I eligible to buy since I do not have an anmeldung yet and here with a erasmus visa?

2-I tried to buy  a new sim card in person  with that specific tariff but they told me that it is just for online purchasing?
