Hello I accidentally canceld three of my prepaid data packs because I thought I would have my money back. But clearly they didn’t give them back to me is there any way to get refunded as I’m a student and to lose 30€ it’s not very nice thankyou for the help. The data packs weren’t used at all because the app activated them itself.

I had a look at your account and I see that you did not used the packs and deactivated them very quick. So I refund the 27 EUR to your account.

I am sadia ilyas. I have a contract with o2. When I made a contract then o2 wrote in online sale per monthonly 55 euro bill. But last two months i received around 94 euro bill per month. So i can't understand my monthly bill. What is this?
