I accidentally clicked early payment button but I don't want to terminate my contract.

Hello,

on January 13, 2024, while searching for my contract details on the website, I accidentally clicked on the early payment button. I do not want to terminate my contract. Can you please assist in canceling the early payment process?

It’s good that you contacted us so soon afterwards, as we can stop the early cancellation of the installment plan at this point in time. It’s going to continue on as normal and you should also be receiving a confirmation that the early cancellation has been stopped in the near future.
