i accidentally cancelled my data plans


Hi accidentally selected my data plan to end now instead of selecting it to end when the plan ends.i had 2 plans and both ended simultaneously and I don't have data now. Can this plans be reimbursed, please?

Hello @Mannoppilly, welcome at our community.

Am I correct that you use prepaid? If you deactivated a plan by mistake you can just book it again.

@o2_Ines  yes i use prepaid.

The plan was active till the end of the month and when I cancelled both the plans I lost money that I paid. Can u please reimburse the data balance I had till the end of the month.

Hello, i Had the Same Problem i accidentally cancel O2 my Prepaid L in february 25  and i want to activate it again. Please Help me regarding this Matter.
