How to take Partnerkarte

Hello,

I have a O2 contract for the past 2 years. Now I want to get a partner card for, well, my partner. So I need to know how I can get a new O2 sim card and how can my partner port to the new card ?

Hello @yoovi4u, welcome to our community. Nice to have you here.

Are you already logged into meino2 or the app? You find it under Neuigkeiten and there you can order a partnercard.

Make sure that you choose Partnerkarte, so you can get the Discount.

Your partner can use the new card immediately. What do you mean with: and how can my partner port to the new card ? :slight_smile:

Thanks a lot.

My wife already has a phone number from a different service provider. Now we want to move to the O2 partnerkarte but still use her current phone number. 
 

Is this possible? If possible, How to get this done ?

if the new SIM card is already activated you can go into youronline account and request the porting afterwards. Search for Rufnummernmitnahme

and follow the instructions.
