Hi, 

I live in Germany and use my German O2 number, however I accidentally signed up for automatic top-ups and cannot find a way to disable it anywhere on my account (app or web). Can I please ask for it to be disabled? I would like to top it up only when I need to. Thank you

Please excuse my late reply. The automatic top up via direct debit can be changed or withdrawn online, via App or hotline. Have you perhaps been able to clarify your issue in the meantime?

Hi, 

as mentioned in my original message, i dont have such option online or in the app. I need further support with this as soon as possible please, as im going away for few weeks and do not automatic top up if i wont be able to use it…

I did have a look, for your prepaid number ending on -54 the option is not automatic top up but one time per SMS. 

Do you have another prepaid number where you have other settings? 

You should be able to change your settings in the app via “Guthaben”.
