I have left Germany on a quick notice. I had few installments (7-8) left on my “My Handy” contract around my departure time. I had visited one O2 shop to terminate my contract. They said they made a request, I will get a bill soon and then I could pay the due bill. That bill nerver arrived and I left Germany. Now i would like to pay my bill but the online chat isn’t working at all mainly because I don’t speak German.
Please help me if you can :)
