How do I link this account to the Homespot account and further link the sim card for my homespot router since there's no telephone number associated with the sim card?

no. card has a number
Where on the card is the number. I got it in the mail, and there's nowhere where it states here is the phone number for the card. It just has a barcode and sim id, and then it says postpaid,Art then some numbers and letters. Is the numbers after postpaid,Art the phone number for the card?

Don’t really know. To long ago.
Have you just inserted SIM into homespot?
Then you should receice serveral SMS with your homespot. There you find all data needed.
To read SMS, open homespot user interface on 198.162.1.1 with browser. Enter password printed on bottom of homespot and in the menue go to SMS.
