How to deactivate old prepaid sim as I bought new contract

Hello Officials,

 

I want to deactivate my prepaid connection as I have new postpaid connection with another number. I don't want to use this number further. 

How could I do that?

I haven't found anything on app.

 

If possible please deactivate my prepaid card online.

    Hi @Jitin, 

    welcome to our English Community. Nice to meet you here. I regret that you like to cancel your prepaid-card. May I ask you for the reason for this decision?

    Did you already follow the suggestion of @fritz04?

    After we have received the filled-out form, we will transfer the remaining amount to your bank-account and delete your sim-card. 

    I hope that everything is now clear to you.
