According to your wish, I have now deactivated for both of your contracts the “Speed Option + 1 GB” for you. If you find any charge for your number -648 at the end on one of your next invoices, just let me know. Then you will get a credit from me.
The deactivation will be in the next 24 hours.

Unfortunately In my latest invoice, As you predicted, I could still see a 4,83 Euro charge for the Speed Option +1GB service for number -648. Can you please refund the extra charge and make sure it doesn’t continue charging my account for this service?
