I understand that it might be confusing to use the Mein o2-App in German.
But of course, we are always there to help you. As you were already charged for the package “o2 My Prepaid S” on 5th March, I ordered now the package for you free of charge for 28 days.
Please make sure that you have enough on your card in order to prolong the package after these 28 days.

I purchased an O2 Sim card for 9.99€ in Frankfurt Airport and activated it. The pack said it had 3.5 GB data and unlimited calls. But after using for half a day everything was gone. I was not able to make any calls. It said I had to recharge if I have to make an outgoing call. Also Internet is not working in it.
Kindly let me know what is the issue. And please help me resolve it.

Please help me. I want to change my tariff and uploaded 15 euros in my account. Now I am trying to contact the 02 prepaid team but they all speak German. Calling them has already costed me a euro while I wanted the plan with 14.99 €. Please help me if I can do it myself somehow.

The O2 Prepaid M Pack can only be booked for new prepaid SIM cards with 14.99 € .
The price is then only valid for the first 4 weeks.
For existing SIM cards it cost €17.99.

My O2 prepaid M expiring today says that it will be auto activated tomorrow. However, this is not subscribed by me and I already have O2 prepaid data pack M until 7th September. How to make sure the other tariff do not get activated tomorrow?

please cancel the MyO2prepaid M at the "end of term". Then you can still use it until then.
