Hello @gokhangokce86, welcome to our o2 community :-)
Our Flex-contracts offer the possibility to cancel a contractwith a months notice. Up to that date, base fees will be billed. If you were using a Homespot, did you already pay in full for the Homespot or did you pay a monthly rent for it? In the latter is the case the device needs to be returned as soon as the contract is canceled. If the device is not sent back to us a fee will be billed for it.
Regards,
Lars
Hello
I paid full price of homespot I think. And I sent a letter to o2 at the beginning of August, But still they make invoices and the last one is 102 euro.
I didn’t send homespot device via post and gave it to my friend for free.
Thank you for your quick response
Hi @gokhangokce86,
as o2_Lars already explained to you, if you do not return the o2 HomeSpot to us, we will charge you for that.
And this is exactly what happened.
I confirm that the contract has been already cancelled on 7th September 2021.
If you do not want to get the o2 HomeSpot back from your friend, you need to pay this bill. The o2 HomeSpot was not your property.
You can tell your friend that the present was worth 102 €. This must be a really good friend for you.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
Ok I already paid 102 Euro. But interesting point is I paid 151 Euro at the beginning. I am not sure if it is a setup fee or not.
Basically choosing home spot was a bad decision.
Thanks
Hi @gokhangokce86,
I regret that you were not satisfied with the o2 HomeSpot.
You are right, the first invoice included the one-time-activation-fee of 69,99 € for the tariff and 49,99 € activation-fee for the o2 HomeSpot. Your o2 HomeSpot was only for rent. Therefore, you payed each month 4,99 € for the o2 HomeSpot.
I hope everything is now clarified for you and I wish you a nice stay in UK.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
