Hello,

 

I have three SIM cards associated with my account.  I would like to delete two of them but I can not see an option to do this anywhere on the site.

 

I could not find any email address to contact someone either.

thank you for your question and welcome to our o2 community! :nerd:

You can easily deactivate a SIM card in your My o2 portal.
To do this, log in with your number and password and go to "Tariff & SIM card". There you will find all your active SIM cards that belong to the corresponding number and you can also deactivate them there.
