I am subscribed to the my Prepaid S plan on O2 and am relocating outside Germany. Hence I want to recall my current balance and prevent a renewal of my existing plan that ends in 3 days. There is no possibility to do this via the app or online. Can someone help me with this?

With the short-code *104# you have the possibility to deactivate your pack to the end of the 28-days-duration.

Thank you for your answer. I appreciate your help. I was able to deactivate my pack successfully. I do still have some balance left on my account. Since I am no longer in Germany, I would like to have that refunded. Is there any way to achieve that?

I regret that you like to terminate your prepaid-card.
You have the possibility to use this form in order to get your refund back: Pay back remaining amount to your private bank-account
After you have filled out this form, send it to the address mentioned on the form. Within approx. 2 weeks, you will receive your money on your bank-account.

o2 prepay has booked out twice once from my bank konto and once from my PayPal konto.
So I have now over paid.
